How will I be supporting the work of the Trust?
To provide comprehensive and high quality administration and co-ordination support to the registered care office and Management Team.
What does this involve?
- Responsible for ensuring that rotas for support workers and service users are organised and sufficiently well planned.
- Collating Key Performance Indicator information.
- Health & Safety and repairs reporting including uploading information to the incident & accident log, reporting near misses and maintaining the Health & Safety folder.
- Working with People Services Team, co-ordinate recruitment from initial contact through to induction – managing recruitment files, assist with shortlisting, telephone screenings and interviewing. Sending regrets, offer packs, certifying ID documents, prepare inductions
- Reviewing and booking staff training, and supporting staff with online training where required
- Update hourly hours for customer contracts on Local authority Portals
- Inputting weekly / monthly invoicing information
- Day to day office Administration tasks
- Provide day to day support to the Registered Manager as required
Who are we looking for?
- Effective planning and organisational skills
- Strong time management skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Previous experience working in an Administrator role
- Good IT skills, Word, Excel, Outlook Essential
- Rota Management desirable
