How will I be supporting the work of the Trust?

As part of a team of Activities Coordinators you will deliver a flexible support and activity service that meets the needs of our customers. The people you will be supporting have a range of support needs associated with learning disability, physical disabilities, communication and behaviours. 

Part time and subject to Enhanced with adult barred check.

What does this involve?

  • Planning and delivering tailored group sessions 
  • Supporting customers to flourish in our day opportunities environment  
  • Removing barriers to support all participants to take part in sessions    

Who are we looking for?

We are looking for someone who: 

  • Has experience in supporting people
  • Has a positive attitude
  • Is a good communicator, patient, and has a passion for helping people to grow
